We are committed to providing transformative services that support the unique needs and aspirations of the women we serve. We strive for excellence in every aspect of our work, from skill-building and career training to providing resources for long-term success.

The 10-week, tuition-free program exclusively trains, educates and prepares women for careers in the union building and construction trades. The training uses a habit-forming model, which introduces, connects and engages women to harness a lifetime dedication in one of over forty different trades available throughout the region. Instructors use the Multi-Craft Core Curriculum (MC3), from the North America’s Building Trades Unions (NABTU). The curriculum covers industry and trades awareness, tools and materials, construction math, diversity awareness, sexual harassment, CPR/First Aid, OSHA and financial literacy among others. The enrollment process starts with a two-day bootcamp, designed to assess endurance and mental toughness. At graduation, each participant has the knowledge, skills and abilities to succeed as a tradeswoman.

For more information, click here.
